内容简介

　　这部电视电影是《24小时》第七季的先行版。经历了多次的恐怖袭击，虽然杰克（基弗·萨瑟兰 Kiefer Sutherland 饰）尽心尽力想尽办法的去化解这些恐怖袭击，可是却因为处置所采用的非常手段而被美国的某些政客不容。因此杰克只得离开美国，躲到非洲去避开对自己的指控。可是怎么躲避最终都无法摆脱自己的命运。这一次，由于非洲某国政变，国内叛乱派到处制造恐怖屠杀。这一次威胁到了杰克所在的一所教会学校。面对种族屠杀，杰克挺身而出只身面对全副武装的敌人奋力反抗。为了能给营救的这群孩子一个安全的生活环境，最终杰克不得不带着他们前往美国军队设立的避难所，而自己也因此最终被引渡回国……
